I accidentally ordered the wrong size and needed to send it back, which was totally on me. I was expecting the return process to be a bit of a hassle, but thankfully it wasn’t.

The instructions they gave were clear, and their replies came through quickly. It felt organized and professional, but not overly complicated, which I appreciated.
Once they received the item, my refund was processed within a few days. No chasing, no stress, just a smooth experience overall. Definitely 5 stars from me.

The styles are nice and they look good overall. I do wish there was a little more to them, since they feel kind of basic, but they’re still perfectly fine for everyday wear.

I ordered from Walonefashion hoping it would be a good deal, and while the clothes were okay for the price, the shipping took way longer than I expected. There weren’t many updates either, so I was just waiting around not really knowing what was going on. I don’t mind saving money where I can, but if delivery is going to be that slow, it makes me think twice about ordering again

I ordered thinking it would show up on time, but nopeee, the delivery kept getting pushed back and the tracking barely changed. I ended up having to keep chasing someone for answers, which was just frustrating. i’m not ordering again.

I ordered a dress from walonefashion.com, and somehow I ended up with a completely different color and size than what I picked. The tag didn’t even match my order, so I’m not sure how that happened. Maybe I should’ve double-checked the site more before buying, but still, I don’t think this one was on me. It was really frustrating because I needed it for an event. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again unless they start checking orders better before shipping.

I had a tough time using the site on my phone. It felt confusing to navigate and loaded slowly, which I imagine would be frustrating for a lot of other customers too...

I ordered my normal size and it fit well overall. It was maybe a little snug around the waist, but not uncomfortable or anything. The fabric sits nicely and the length worked for me too. I’d probably size up if you prefer a looser fit, though I’m curious if others felt the waist ran a bit tight too.

Support did answer my question, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just took a bit longer than I expected, which made the whole thing feel a little less smooth.
